Getting started

UX Robot does not offer open registration. The person who will own the account starts by submitting the Request access form. This protects the managed trial from abuse and gives the UX Robot team enough context to decide whether the service is a good fit.

1. Enter your name and work email address.
2. Enter the organisation name and, where available, its public website URL.
3. Add your role and explain the website, journey, or decision you want UX Robot to help with.
4. Select Send request. When the request has been received, the form is replaced by a confirmation message.

A platform administrator reviews the request. Approval is not automatic. If approved, UX Robot sends a private signup link to the work email in the request.

The signup invitation is tied to the approved email address and normally expires after 14 days. Open the link from the approval email in the browser where you want to create the account.

1. Enter your full name.
2. Confirm the read-only email address is the one that was approved.
3. Create and confirm a strong password.
4. Open and read the Terms of Service, then select the agreement checkbox.
5. Select Create account.
6. Open the verification message sent to your email and verify the address when prompted.

If the invitation has expired or was sent to the wrong address, do not submit repeated access requests. Use the contact form and include the approved organisation and email address.

After registration, the account owner is directed to Billing. The approved signup includes an eight-week trial and two analysis units, but Stripe Checkout must be completed before the rest of the application becomes available.

1. On Billing, select Continue to secure checkout.
2. Enter the payment method directly in Stripe Checkout. UX Robot does not receive or store the full card number or security code.
3. Confirm the subscription. The card is collected at signup, but subscription billing begins after the trial unless the owner cancels first.
4. Return to UX Robot. Stripe may take a short moment to confirm the subscription through its webhook.

Once checkout and email verification are complete, use this sequence for the most reliable first report:

1. Create the organisation. Add the website and the core organisation profile.
2. Add goals and constraints. Tell UX Robot what the website must achieve and what recommendations must respect.
3. Connect GA4 and Search Console. Use a Google account with access to the correct property and site.
4. Add stakeholders and team members. Mark only the people who should receive reports.
5. Create a project and dated analysis. Choose a completed date range and add the relevant evidence.
6. Run, review, and approve the report. Approval creates the locked point-in-time record.

The completion marks beside organisation sections are a setup aid. They show where some information exists; they do not guarantee the information is complete, correct, or sufficient for a high-quality report.
