UX Robot Enterprise: user-centred journey testing, ranked by your own GA4 data

Build better customer journeys, not just better pages.

Customers do not experience pages one at a time. They experience a journey, and most journeys break between the pages. UX Robot takes a user story, such as a parent booking a family room, and completes it on your live website in a real browser. It ranks every point of friction by your Google Analytics 4 data, shows each fix on your own page, and tracks every fix through Jira or Linear until it sees the whole journey working. The result: more customers finish what they came to do.

$499 a month, starting with a 2-week trial with 2 analysis units the first time you add a card. Connect GA4 once for whole journeys; Google Search Console and Microsoft Clarity add more evidence when you have them.

The whole journey, not one page

A page can pass every audit while customers still give up between pages. UX Robot tests the journey end to end.

Measured, not guessed

Every finding is ranked by the visits and outcomes it affects in your own data, and success is counted by the goal you set, not every click.

Shown, not described

The top fixes are pictured on your real page before anyone writes code.

Tested on the real thing

Every run uses your live website and your real visitors’ data, so the findings match what customers see.

01 / Why UX Robot

Other audits give opinions. UX Robot gives evidence.

A checklist review tells you what might be wrong with a page. But customers move between pages, and a fix that tidies one page can simply move the drop-off to the next. UX Robot does the task your customer came to do from start to finish, measures how much each point of friction costs, and shows you the change on your own website.

01. It does the task, not a page scan

UX Robot starts where your customer starts and works through every page, choice and form until the task is done or it reaches a safe stopping point.

It never pays, submits personal details or changes anything on your website.

02. Every finding is measured or clearly marked

A finding backed by your GA4 data shows the visits and outcomes it affects and is labelled Measured.

Anything seen only in the browser is labelled Observed only. Measured problems come first, so you fix what costs the most.

03. It shows where people drop out, step by step

UX Robot measures how many of your visitors reach each step the test took, in the same order, and how many leave before the next, then puts that number beside the problem found at that step.

You see why a step is hard and how many customers it may be costing you.

04. You choose the fix, then see it on your own page

Every priority comes with three ways to fix it: show the benefit on the page, explain it, or change the route, each with its effort, risks and what to measure, and one recommended.

Where the fix can be shown, UX Robot makes an after picture: your real page with the fix in place, made in its own browser. A wording change is checked against the original so only the planned words changed. A restyle, such as readable buttons or a chat panel that stays out of the way, is shown as a mock-up in your own colours, styles and components, and never with a fact nobody gave it. A fix that needs something your page does not have is written out exactly, beside a screenshot of where it goes. Two versions can sit side by side, ready to test A against B. Your designers can add their own idea with their own picture or a Figma link, see it on your page the same way, and mark the fix the team will build, so developers build the fix your team agreed on.

05. It runs on your live website

Every journey runs on the pages your customers actually use, with the GA4 data those visits produce.

Ship a change, run the same journey again, and the next report starts from fresh evidence.

An example journey

Why families leave a hotel room page before booking.

A small hotel attracts plenty of visitors to its family room page, but too few start a direct booking. UX Robot books the room the way a parent would, then tests what it saw against the hotel’s own data.

01. In the browser

On a phone, parking, room capacity and cancellation terms sit below the photos and the booking button. The page asks for dates before it answers the practical questions.

02. Google Analytics 4

Most visits to the room page leave before opening the booking calendar. The problem happens before checkout, not during payment, so this priority is labelled Measured.

03. Google Search Console

Searches for family rooms with parking lead to this page. The right visitors are arriving with a clear need, so demand is not the problem.

04. Microsoft Clarity

5 of 8 visitors who left scrolled past the booking button and back again, which is consistent with questions the page has not answered.

The combined insight

The sources agree. Search rules out a demand problem, GA4 places the exit before the calendar, and the browser shows why: the practical questions are answered too late. The likely problem is unanswered questions, not demand or checkout.

The decision

Move room capacity, parking and cancellation details beside the room summary, with a clear “Check family room availability” button straight after them. Once it ships, run the same journey again and compare calendar opens and bookings with this report’s baseline.

Write a user story

Write it yourself, or pick one UX Robot suggests from your GA4 data.

Complete it for real

Every page, choice and form, on a locked device and screen size.

Rank by your data

GA4 measures how many visits and outcomes each problem affects.

See the fix

After pictures show the change on your own page.

Ship and verify

Send the fix to your ticket tool. After your deploy, UX Robot checks it on the live website.

02 / Start with a user story

Write the user story. UX Robot walks the whole journey.

Say who the customer is, what they want to do and why it matters, what success looks like and where to stop safely, just as you would in a user story. Not sure where to begin? UX Robot suggests user stories worth testing from your GA4 landing pages and key events.

Example user story

As a parent planning a weekend away, I want to find a family room with parking and check availability, so I can book directly with confidence.

01. Lock the conditions

Choose the device, market and screen size.

Every run of the journey uses the same conditions, so one result can be compared with the next.

02. UX Robot completes the journey

It records what helps or blocks the task at each step, with a screenshot of the exact moment, and stops before anything that would charge money or contact a person.

03. Sign-up, sign-in and onboarding too

Customers do not stop at the sign-up form, so neither does the test.

The sign-up or sign-in page is checked first, as a new customer sees it. Then your team signs up or signs in once with a test account and UX Robot carries on through onboarding to the moment customers first get value, all in one report.

04. Your data adds scale

Google Analytics 4 shows how many visits reach each page of the journey and finish.

Google Search Console shows the searches that bring them. When you use Microsoft Clarity, UX Robot reads the recordings and counts how many visitors hit the same problem, so you see how big it is, not one anecdote. Page speed is measured on the pages the journey reached, and each one gets an expert usability, accessibility and search review.

05. You get a ranked report

Each priority explains the problem, its measured impact, exactly what to change and how to tell whether the change worked, in words anyone in your team can follow.

From journey to decision

One user story goes in. A ranked set of changes to the whole journey, pictures of the fixes and the measures that will prove them come back.

03 / Expert eyes on every page

AI can build the page. Expert eyes make sure it works for people.

More of every website is now designed, written and coded with AI, and it ships faster than anyone can review it. UX Robot is the independent second pair of eyes on what goes live. It reviews every page of the journey the way a seasoned UX lead would, through your customer’s eyes, and catches what fast-moving teams and their AI tools miss: the label customers cannot follow, the choice too hard to make, the button they cannot reach. It checks that everyone can use it too, and that customers who start on Google find pages that answer what they searched, on every release, without waiting for a review slot.

Can they find their way?

Clear navigation, familiar patterns and a next step that is always in sight.

Do they understand it?

Plain words, tidy layouts and the important things where customers look first.

Can they decide with confidence?

Choices that are easy to compare and a main action that stands out.

Can they act without effort?

Buttons, forms and menus that respond quickly and work by touch, mouse or keyboard.

Can they recover from a mistake?

Helpful errors, an easy way back and help at the moment it is needed.

Can everyone use it?

Every page is checked in a real browser against the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility criteria, so customers who rely on a keyboard, zoom or assistive technology are not shut out.

Nothing waved through, nothing lost

Every check on every page gets a recorded result, and every problem goes into one fix list once, however many pages it is on, most important first. Each one comes with a screenshot that marks it, what is wrong in plain words, the steps to see it for yourself and exactly how to fix it, and says whether it was measured or is the agent’s judgement.

Your team sees what matters first, developers can see each problem for themselves and know exactly what to change, and every problem becomes one ticket, so nothing the review found is forgotten or fixed twice. Nobody mistakes a judgement call for a measurement, or a review for a compliance pass.

04 / Against your competitors

Your customers compare you with your competitors. Now you can too.

Nobody chooses you in isolation. Before they reach your journey they search, and Google shows them your competitors too. UX Robot runs the same user story on your competitors’ websites, on the same device, and puts each stage side by side: where they make it easier, where you lead, and what is worth borrowing. Competitors are suggested from your own searches, so you compare with the businesses your customers actually see.

Where they do it better

Their screenshot beside yours at the same stage, with one sentence on what they do differently, so your team sees the better way working before building it.

Before they arrive

The searches your customers make for what they came to do, how many of them find you, who ranks and advertises above you, the questions they ask Google first, and whether an AI answer appears before anyone clicks.

Faster or slower

Your real visitors’ speed beside your competitors’, from Google’s own Chrome UX Report, website with website.

Know where you stand

When a competitor shows a better way, the priority names it, so the fix your team builds is one customers already know how to use.

Competitors are tested from the outside, on public pages only, and their problems never land in your fix list.

05 / What you receive

What to fix, what it costs and what it will look like.

The report turns one journey into a short, ranked list of changes. Each one shows the evidence behind it, so you can act on it and defend it.

Measured or observed

Every priority says whether your data measured it or the browser observed it, and measured problems come first.

The evidence

Screenshots, figures and the pages affected, next to the finding they support.

What to change

A specific change, the place to make it and where to begin.

How to check the result

The measure that should move if the change works.

Example report

Variants A and B

01. Top priorities

A short list of the changes most likely to help. Anything that stops visitors finishing comes first, then the rest by measured impact.

02. Who completes your goal

What the visitors who reach your goal have in common, such as where they come from and the page they saw last, set against the journey you tested.

03. Three ways to fix it

Every priority offers three different fixes and recommends one, shown on your real page as a precise wording change or a mock-up built from your own components, with a second version to test against it.

04. Stakeholder summary

A short summary for decision makers, with a PDF and a private share link.

05. Fix list

Every issue on the journey, from usability, accessibility and search to speed, ranked critical to low, each with its screenshot, what is wrong, how to see it and exactly how to fix it, marked measured or the agent’s judgement.

06. Speed you can see

Each page’s speed score and load times on the official good, needs improvement and poor scales, with every speed fix in the fix list.

07. What we checked

Every page with the result of every check, judgement calls shown as the agent’s review rather than a pass, and a clear record of anything we could not check or reach.

06 / A report anyone can read

No analyst needed to understand it.

Every finding is written in plain language, with the screenshot, the figures and the page it affects right beside it. You do not need to know UX, analytics or code to see what is wrong, how much it matters and what to change.

Plain language

Each problem says what visitors run into and why it matters, without UX or analytics jargon.

Evidence beside every claim

Screenshots and figures sit next to the finding they support, so anyone can check it for themselves.

Honest about its limits

Every priority is marked Measured or Observed only, and the report lists what it could not check.

Ready to share

A short stakeholder summary, a PDF and a private share link for the people who decide.

07 / Ship fast, test, iterate

Test the website your customers actually use.

Test copies drift from the real website and have no real visitors. UX Robot runs every journey on your live pages, so the browser evidence and your GA4 figures describe the same thing. However a change was made, by your team or with AI, ship it, run the journey again, and work from fresh evidence each time.

01. Ship

Put the change live.

Small changes, shipped often, are easier to judge.

02. Test

Run the same journey, device and screen size on the live page.

03. Rank

GA4 shows how many visits and outcomes each remaining problem affects.

04. Iterate

Pick the next fix from the report and go again.

Each run stays in the project’s history.

08 / Fix and verify

Fix the whole journey, and prove every fix.

Fixing one page at a time can push customers into the next problem. Every priority and every issue in the fix list becomes a numbered issue tied to its journey, and the next run walks the same user story again to check all the fixes together. Nothing is marked fixed until UX Robot has seen it working on the live website, with a screenshot, so you know customers now get further.

Fixed means seen, not said

Closing a ticket marks an issue shipped. Only a check that captures the live page can mark it fixed, so the fixes you report are fixes you can show.

Retest the whole journey

Run the same user story again whenever you choose, or put it on a schedule every month. Each run checks every open and shipped issue together and opens with what changed since, so you see whether customers get further.

Every deploy checks your fixes

Each release queues a check of the fixes you shipped, without a full run or an analysis unit, so nobody has to remember to ask. Name an issue in a commit message and it is marked shipped for you. New wording spotted on your live page is checked too, even without a deploy.

Know when a fix comes undone

A fixed issue found again is flagged as came back, so a later release cannot quietly undo your work.

09 / Works with your tools

Put journey fixes straight into your team’s backlog.

UX findings should not stall in a slide deck. Connect a ticket tool once and every issue becomes a ticket written like a good user story: who is affected, what to change, why it matters, how important it is and how you will know it worked, with the screenshots in the ticket and the fix your team chose, pictured. A new idea from your team reaches the ticket as a comment with its picture. Send them one at a time or all at once, most important first. When the work is done, UX Robot checks it and reports back, so nobody has to chase the result.

Coding agents

Model Context Protocol

Claude Code, Codex and other MCP clients

Your coding agent can pick up an issue, fix it through your normal code review and ask UX Robot to verify it on the live website. One standing instruction lets a browser agent work through every waiting check. Agents can never mark an issue fixed themselves.

Each connection uses the tool’s own sign in and permissions. UX Robot creates tickets, comments on them and reopens a finished one when a check finds the problem still there. It never edits, closes or deletes them. Product names and logos are trademarks of their owners.

10 / Proof of impact

Show your journeys getting better, month after month.

Prove the return on UX work. UX Robot reads the key pages of each journey every day and keeps a history of every change, like a commit log for your live website. Each change sits beside your GA4 figures from before and after it, and every month shows which fixes were verified and what they delivered.
