A payment method is required to start. After the trial, the monthly subscription begins unless it is cancelled beforehand.
You can buy any analysis-unit pack during the trial. Purchased units remain valid for 12 months.
03 / How analysis units work
An analysis unit is reserved before report generation begins, so an account cannot start more work than its available balance supports.
The unit is consumed when a valid structured result is returned, including a result that explains more evidence is needed.
If the AI provider, network, queue, parser, validation or application fails before a valid result is returned, the reservation is released back to the balance.
The 20 units included in the subscription do not roll over into the next billing month.
Purchased units remain available for 12 months. Trial and monthly included units are used before purchased units.
04 / Commercial details
Only the account owner is billed. Organisation members use the account without a separate subscription charge.
Yes. Organisations and projects are unlimited, subject to fair use.
Yes. Any of the three unit packs can be purchased during an active trial.
Application access is limited to billing until the account owner updates the payment method and the subscription becomes active again.
The account owner can update payment details, view invoices and manage the subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
